WHAT SETS A SUCCESSFUL COSMIC ORDERER APART FROM OTHERS?

You see, some find the Cosmic Ordering mindset hard to pick up on. It has to do with expectation. You will know from my book ?Cosmic Ordering Guide? that I say (write) ?Always have an air of expectancy?.

We have so many Friends from normal backgrounds wishing to go on to be huge successes and to manifest a million dollars all in go ? just like that. Well, as many of you know, it just doesn?t happen like that. In fact, I was one of the first to realize that it didn?t just work like that when my million dollars never materialized right there and then. Was I damn angry, sure I was!

What makes a successful Cosmic Orderer different from those that don?t make the grade or achieve their goals, hopes and dreams for the future?

LET ME SHOW YOU

By just changing the way you do things and without increasing your skill at a particular task you can gain far better results than the norm, just by changing the way you do them.

OPPORTUNITY IS IN ABUNDANCE

Yes, opportunity is all about us, we are surrounded by it ? but some of you just cannot see it. I know that might sound a little crass coming from me, after all what have I got to lose by saying that? Well, as they say, I didn?t get to where I am today from not having enough money to even buy a can of dog food to being as wealthy as I am now.

Right now, as you read this, the possibilities of achieving whatever you want are all around you. You are about to make that happen for yourself, right now!

FORGET THE FEAR

Forget the fear of not being able to go forward, what is worse than the position you are know in. I mean, you are reading this because you want to move forward and onward to abundance. Many of you are only a few footsteps away from success, and that seems to be the point where you throw in the towel. What you are getting here is something that is impromptu, unplanned and off the cuff. Most of my regular Friends on here know this is how I work. I am at times spontaneous Let me tell you what is really critical, and that is for you to keep an open mind. The minute you shut off and become negative about it is the minute you have list a grip on the opportunity to manifest your desires.

MISSED OPPORTUNITIES

I know many of you will have a firm belief in ?positive thinking?, but that is something that should be within you without even working at it. You have to be a positive thinker in order to make this work, that is something that should be a natural thing to happen.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD A DREAM

Of course you have. The longed for promotion, an activity you want to be more proficient at doing, changing things that need to be changed, meeting new friends and even more ?you want these things to happen. For some you, it might be a case that you never took the chance to go ahead and do some of these things for fear that you would fault. Just think. What if you had of taken those first few steps towards your dreams and goals all of those years ago!

FORGET THE PAST

Right, now you have examined the past and realized that you never took the bull by the horns or maybe procrastinated over it, now you must forget all about those lot opportunities.

SPOT THE OPPORTUNITY

Within yourself you need to spot the opportunity that is suited to your skills and also look out for situations that are filled with opportunity. Yes, you have to do a little work here, it is not going to present itself to you on a silver salver. However, you have to actually make some sort of conscious effort in manifesting your desires. Do not think you can just sit there and see it happen without some application or some catalytic action on your behalf to make it happen.

WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS

Do you know, we’d all have exactly what we wanted already if we helped each other out a little more. My, my! Sounds like utopia all these people helping each other get what they want! Let me explain what I mean. A scientific study of sorts (that you may or may not already be familiar with) suggests every single person in the world, no matter where they are, what country they?re in or what language they speak, is connected and knows you through a chain of seven people.

To test this theory, they took this random solitary type guy that lives a very solitary life in the mountains of a far off country, and picked out a person from the capital city of England? the London area. In a series of only seven jumps, through research, they managed to get from this person in London, to the solitary guy living in the mountains.

Isn?t that just awesome! Do you know that it means you are only seven people away from the president of the United States, the Pop, in fact anyone you care to think of!

MAKE YOUR IDEAS KNOWN

Don?t get me wrong, I am not saying that by telling everyone you meet your ides that it will make them happen, but it will expand the chances of using those around you in the world to help make them happen. Don?t wait for an opportunity to come to you, get out there and go for it. How do you think all of the big business people make it happen, they don?t sit at home waiting for it to come tot hem, they go out looking for it.

INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF SUCCESS

Don’t dream on your own, include your friends and members of your family. They help make contacts, and they assist each other, whether it be an intentional, or purely circumstantial meeting, a big group of people are making sure each other is successful. You have to be able to see the power of this.

Imagine this, you are lying in bed at night and looking up to your darkened ceiling. See it as the Universe, see a shining star in the center of the ceiling, this star represent you! Now see that star encircled by some blue coloured stars, these represent your friends and family. Around these are yellow coloured stars, these are the friends of your friends and family. From that circle repeat the process all over again until your ceiling is full of stars.

Each star represents an opportunity, each star represent a chance to meet, learn from and become mutual successes. I?m not saying that you should go out and hug a stranger and call them your friend, but to each one of these people you have something to offer, as they no doubt have something to offer to you. It would be nice to think that you could make friends with the whole of the world?s population, but in reality it would never happen. However, they?re ready for you to take them in whatever form you wish.

You can have good happen to you when using clean language. This is the best way to enhance the good that you are already experiencing.

See if you can pick out the neutrals, can you improve on them? Don?t go rushing for a pen, this is not that sort of book. I want you to have an easy time of it, as you deserve it.

When placing an Order, address the Cosmos with respect. I am not going to append this salutation before every Order within this book, but please do so with your own Order. Start something like, ?Oh, Mighty Cosmos?, or even ?Dear Cosmos?.

During the course of the Order, ensure you clearly mark out your path, as it is often a case that the Order can be misconstrued, for example ?Oh, Mighty Cosmos, I have some lovely shoes, they are nice. How I would like some more?.

Yes, you could get more?lots more! So DO mark out in a clear and concise way, how may pairs of shoes you want! Like so, ?Oh, Mighty Cosmos, I have some lovely shoes (give the size, colour, etc), they are nice. I want another pair that are, as appropriate, equally nice?. When ending your Order, always leave the Cosmos on a positive note.

Sometimes there is a need to use a negative value in your Order. In order to take something away from you that might be causing harm, it is necessary to add a negative word that you might not wish to use. For instance, ?The stimulation I get from the ultraviolet rays from the Sun that release chemicals in me produce a natural high, but I now ask that I get an even more natural high within me without the Sun.?

The word inserted into this Order is ?without?, as it relates to getting along without the Sun. By using the phrase ?without the Sun?, it reinforces your lack of need for the Sun. So do use these negatives to your advantage and where needed, as they will actually help. Do try to incorporate them into your Orders. Make your Order concise and precise as possible. Don?t ramble on needlessly, this is Cosmic Ordering, not peanuts.

This is not a book of ?affirmations?, as that falls to a different discipline, although you can certainly use affirmations throughout the day, as they do reinforce certain things.

You will find the Orders do contain some affirmations: these are to reinforce the Order, but are not meant to be solely accepted as affirmations to replace those you might ordinarily use throughout the day. However, I do not use any affirmations for myself. This might surprise some of you, but I have, to some degree, transcended the need for self support in this area. I can now draw directly from the Cosmos, as I know you will eventually transcend to.

You will find the Order relating to the specific situation beneath the short write-up. As short as some of them are, that is all that is required. However, do add specifics where necessary.

Why do so many self help, positive thinking and motivational seminars, books and audios not work, and what can I do that will work for me?

Some of the things that need to be considered in any realistic and effective life manifestation program are:

The person or people providing the training, mentoring, and/or coaching need to be masters of their own philosophies and living proof that the lessons being taught do actually work. They need to be providing the information as part of their own ongoing self manifestation. If these important factors are covered then that’s a good place to start.

These things are obviously very important, but I’d like you to consider the following:

Below are my thoughts on the first thing to consider, and what can be done to help ensure successful life manifestation.

Does the program cater for the individual? We are all products of our genetic make up and social conditioning, that’s why we are where we are now, getting through life by reacting to our surroundings. There’s nothing wrong with that, if we react in the way we choose and don’t have someone or something else make that choice for us.

If a program isn’t available to us at a time and place that is truly convenient for us then chances are we will never be able to participate fully, or even complete the program. Therefore we’ll end up right where we started! And blame the course for not working! Because then, we can justify our failure, and continue along the same road we’ve been walking for years, we know this road and it’s familiar to us so we are comfortable here. We have just reinforced the behaviour that got us where we are now. That doesn’t help us does it?

Rewind! Why did we start the course in the first place? Answer because we aren’t comfortable where we are today! Right?
If we want to change this pattern we need to be careful in choosing something or someone to help us to help ourselves.

While it’s easy to understand, theoretically, that in order to make changes we have to take action and start changing the things we do, say, and think, this is akin to asking some of us to run before we can walk. It may be easy for some of us, but for others taking the suggested action in a particular book, program, or course might involve stepping too far out of our comfort zone.
Therefore, a program that is personal and convenient means that we will be able to succeed at a pace that we are comfortable with, help ourselves, and this will give us success.

As you probably know “success breeds success” every time we take a small action and have positive results from it we are able to realistically perceive ourselves achieving more and more. Therefore I truly believe that a program that offers convenience will always be more effective than one that is less convenient to the user.

The topic of meditation techniques is often heard in the news and is almost considered trendy in the popular culture of the Western world these days, yet it will likely never be considered a fad. After all, various types of meditation have been practiced in many different countries for hundreds of years and is a significant part of many cultures, regardless of the fact that the Western world has only recently caught on. Zen meditation is one approach that many people have heard of.

There are numerous meditation techniques that people who are interested and want to learn to meditate can choose from. While all forms of mediation have some commonalities, the techniques do differ based on what part of the world and what culture the particular practice is rooted in. Zen meditation has developed out of Zen Buddhism. It is also known as Zazen and incorporates various seated positions, special breathing techniques and chakras.

The discipline of Zen meditation is essentially focused on enabling the practitioner to live their daily lives in complete awareness of themselves and their surroundings. Through the practice of this meditation approach, people can escape from the “auto-pilot” existence that is so prevalent and which robs people of experiencing their lives fully.

When people fall into the trap of operating primarily on automatic pilot, they rarely notice all of the things that are happening around them; even within their own minds and hearts. This certainly can interfere with a person’s ability to be enlivened spiritually or to be on the path to spiritual development. Zen meditation can help to break the cycle of automatic living and help a person to engage more fully in their own life.

Through Zen meditations, people experience each moment of a day directly and with awareness and responsiveness. They consciously practice being aware of everything that they encounter and try to enliven their senses by paying attention to everything that they might hear, see, smell, feel and taste.

Another way of expressing this concept is by attempting to be completely and fully aware, while engaged in any activity, at any particular moment. Some people also call this, “living in the moment” or “living consciously.” The idea is to “become at one” with whatever they are currently engaged in doing.

Some examples of this would be: when eating, the practitioner is totally focused on the meal and their actions involved in eating; when they are engaged in a Zen mediation session, they stay concentrated on the reality of that moment and they do not allow their thoughts, their feelings, or their sensations to preoccupy or distract them; when they are engaged in work, they only work; when doing routine tasks such as brushing their teeth, they focus on that task and do not let their minds wander to think about other things.

While the Zen practitioner does not have to be engaged in meditation all day, every day, regular meditation practice will help you sleep, helps to calm, center and focus the mind so that the person is able to focus and retain keen awareness. The Zen practice recognizes that all thoughts are a natural and beneficial function of the human mind and that thought should not be ignored, rejected or stopped. Instead, the practice allows wandering thoughts to be acknowledged then set to the side, keeping the mind from being carried away by anxieties, worries, fears and other discursive notions.

This type of meditation technique empowers the practitioner to experience a real sense of being liberated from the internal chattering that is so often responsible for confusing the mind and clouding thinking. Zen meditation helps people experience a relief from unnecessary stresses within the mind, thereby letting the person have more clarity and focus on truth and spiritual development.

Have you ever wondered if you would benefit from a time management plan? In reality, we all need some sort of strategy to manage our time. It’s important to mention however, some people seem to know how to stay organized and manage their affairs easier than others.

Avoid Over Complicating Matters

If you need some help determining the best way to use your time, don’t over complicate matters. Often the simplest of plans can have an amazing impact on your productivity. In fact, if a plan is too complex, your use of time may actually become worse. By starting with something as simple as a single hour in the day, you can see a big improvement in your schedule and the amount of work you’re able to complete.

One strategy is to determine your most productive time of day. That is to say, the part of the day when you perform at your best. Take that hour and schedule a demanding task into that time slot. For many people this will be the first working hour of the day. They are at their sharpest and can complete the most difficult projects at that time. Of course if you’re not a morning person, you’ll want to choose the time that’s appropriate for you.

By getting the most important thing out of the way before daily interruptions take over, you’ll feel the thrill of accomplishment earlier which will motivate you to do even more. This is one of the best self improvement strategies you can develop. Not only will you better manage your time, you’ll become better at the things you do.

After you’ve conquered that first hour of the day, time management will usually become a lot easier for most people. By building upon the first success, you can develop a plan that works perfectly for you.

A great way of learning time management and improving your personal life is to follow several basic activities.

One of them is to review your goals whether it be immediate or long-term goals often.

A way to do this is to keep a list that is always accessible to you.

Always determine which task is necessary or not necessary in achieving your goals and which activities are helping you maintain a balanced life style.

Each and everyone of us has a peek time and a time when we slow down, these are our natural cycles. We should be able to tell when to do the difficult tasks when we are the sharpest.

Learning to say “No”. You actually see this advice often. Heed it even if it involves saying the word to family or friends.

Pat yourself at the back or just reward yourself in any manner for an effective time management result.

Try and get the cooperation from people around you who are actually benefiting from your efforts of time management.

Don’t procrastinate. Attend to necessary things immediately.

Have a positive attitude and set yourself up for success. But be realistic in your approach in achieving your goals.

Have a record or journal of all your activities. This will help you get things in their proper perspective.

These are the few steps you initially take in becoming a well rounded individual.

As the say personal time management is the art and science of building a better life.

From the moment you integrate into your life time management skills, you have opened several options that can provide a broad spectrum of solutions to your personal growth. It also creates more doors for opportunities to knock on.

Sahasrara Chakra

The seventh of the primary chakras, also known as the Crown Chakra - located at the top of the cranium: suppresses appetite, provides a peaceful environment, relieves tension, and is good for migraines. Also known as ?thousand petaled lotus?, promotes: inner strength, wisdom, kindness, artistic talent and creativity. Governs brain, nerves, soul energy. Forms spiritual awareness, divine energy. Only the Root, Solar Plexus and Crown Chakra are able to access and receive energies from the Higher Self. Other chakras receive these energies after having been filtered through one of these three chakras.

Visualize the Crown Chakra and ask the Universe for energy to flow down through your Crown Chakra. As the energy flows into your Crown Chakra, visualize it entering your bloodstream through the arteries and permeating the cells of your entire body. If you have a specific problem you wish to work on, you can ask for the energy to infuse that particular area of the body.

The body listens to every thought you think, so just by stating what you want, it will happen. This is the time to get plugged to the Cosmic Ordering knowledge.

Shoulder Chakra

The shoulders (strength) - considered as one chakra not two, and shoulders hold the consciousness of responsibility. You know this as a kinaesthetic experience. When you are feeling overburdened your shoulders get tense. The responsibilities are creating major stress. Key words to express this: feelings of restriction, desire for freedom, resentment of life situations.

Which consciousness matches what you feel in your body when you think of the word ?responsibility?? The natural one which is just the natural flow of energy, or the pathological one which presents as tension? There is a channel of energy which is often closed in most modern humans that connects this chakra to another chakra on the left shoulder. The Shoulder Chakra, though rarely if ever mentioned, is critical as it is a favourite point of entity attachment. Addictions often have their roots in, and can be effectively cleared up by working with, the Shoulder Chakra. When the channel connecting the alta major and Shoulder Chakra opens up, a burning sensation is usually felt in the channel connecting them for a minute or so. Do not be alarmed by this.

Sole (left) Chakra

The normal spin direction of the Feet Chakras depend on what is naturally your dominant hand. If you are born with a RIGHT hand dominance, then the natural spin direction of your Right Sole Chakras will be clockwise, the natural spin direction of your Left Sole Chakras will be ANTI-clockwise. This is in accordance with the natural function of your Palm and Foot chakras. If you are born with a LEFT hand dominance, all of that will be reversed.

Right foot main chakra = “Coming and going, we keep you on your path.” Left foot main chakra = “I keep you on the spiral path so that you can re-learn the failed lessons.”

In a physical sense, the Foot Chakra is actually a split energy centre, with each half sitting in the ball of each foot.

With the Sole Chakra blocked, all the areas of humanness get affected negatively.

Sole (right) Chakra

People tend to get a blocked up Foot Chakra when life gets a bit too much for them. The increase in mundane activity backs-up energy in the Foot Chakra because the individual is not used to clearing this increased amount of energy flow. Quickly, a sense of fear or anticipation can pervade, as the other higher centres begin to leak energy out into the aura. People experiencing the onslaught of this condition will report an increase in sensitivity all over the body. They may become very emotional or even extremely intellectual, depending on their core makeup. Exercise can help here to alleviate this condition, temporarily, but eventually this energy centre will have to be unblocked to permanently alter the condition. The other fix is to return to previous levels of mundane activity, which is undesirable because, if the individual is experiencing a growth in activity, it is likely that the person is ready to handle things on a more increased level.

A good healthy Foot Chakra will help you to more easily manifest things physically, as it is the transformer of your thought energy into the earth system. A good Foot Chakra will also help you to stay physically focused and on task throughout your day. If you are clumsy or fall frequently it is a sign that this chakra is not working well.Foot massages can help greatly here, as well as walking barefoot in the dirt or sand.

You can also pay special attention to kundalini yoga online - this practise has helped many over ages.

Soul Star Chakra

Acting as a transformer of energy, this chakra is our core essence and an aspect of the soul, stepping down the higher frequencies of the Stellar Chakra above it to slower frequencies our body accepts through the Crown Chakra.

When the Soul Star is not functioning properly, either too much or too little Cosmic energy enters the personal energy field. The Soul Star is also the filter which prevents toxins from entering our personal space. It is an agent for change, for the clearing out of old attitudes and obsessions, and for making a break with the past. This will energize the adrenal glands, the heart action and the reproduction system and acts as a diuretic - useful for clearing kidney stones.

It is a spiritual colour but also with practical overtones, associated with compassion, support and kindness. Fosters understanding and attracts the power of Cosmic forces.

Svadhisthana Chakra

Also known as the Sacral Chakra, the second of the primary chakras, this controls: ovaries, prostate, kidneys, bladder and sacrum. Located at the lower spine, at the level of the sex organs. When the Sacral Chakra spins to full velocity, all emotional dramas are ?spun off? to create complete clarity and peace. This chakra is said to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle, which can cause dramatic mood swings.

Increases confidence and joy; decreases loneliness and fatigue. This card is a respiratory stimulant: useful for weak lungs, asthma, consumption, emphysema, obesity and an under active thyroid (energises thyroid, sedates parathyroids). It relieves: spasms and cramps, increases milk secretion, corrects rickets and soft bones, osteoporosis, stimulates stomach and digestion, and relieves flatulence and distension, also stimulates the bladder, kidneys, liver and pancreas, try with epilepsy. It is valuable for: chronic kidney disease and gallstones, arthritis, gout and rheumatism during non-painful periods. Helps overcome fears and makes you more secure. Helps to develop self-assurance, freedom from limitation, creative endeavour, mental enlightenment, joy, proper assimilation and elimination. A crucial part of the Cosmic Ordering

Thymus Chakra

Situated just above and to the right of the Heart Centre, which is a newly discovered chakra, also referred to as the High Heart Chakra; the Thymus Chakra assists in adjusting to your thought-form body. When fully activated, your physical body will respond to your thoughts in a direct fashion. This is when you will ‘think it and be it’, and where ‘instant karma’ is manifested ? ?what we think is what we get?, whether it is for our highest good or not.

Benefits of this card are: cooling, strongly anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, stops bleeding, reduces fever and pain. Use to treat all conditions marked by redness, swelling and heat, and acute phases of arthritis, gout and rheumatism. Relaxing and calming, slows the pulse, can reduce high blood pressure. Use to treat itching, irritation, irritability, insomnia, throbbing headaches, speedy brain; sore throat, loss of voice, burns, bruises; diarrhoea, dysentery, colitis, neuralgia, sciatica, earache, biliousness and jaundice. Also good for treating tumour areas and red or infected skin disorders. Sedative, pain relieving, arrests discharges, astringent. Use for piles and varicose veins. Improves the immune system during infections: use to irradiate swollen lymph glands; in whooping cough with fever and other acute lung disorders; for convulsions and nervous irritation. It stimulates the parathyroids and sedates the thyroid.

Genitalia Chakra

This one is something extra for followers of Cosmic Ordering. It is for your pleasure zones that go beyond the usual Sacral Chakra area, and takes you to a spiritual pleasure zone. The Genital Chakra needs, in many of us, more recognition, acceptance, attention, love and even, in some, healing, to receive and enhance the flow of life force from the spiritual Crown Chakra, through the visionary Third Eye Chakra, the expressive Throat Chakra, the empowering Belly Chakra down to the secure Base Chakra. In men, the compulsion for a man to demonstrate his masculinity.

Sometimes men acquire an attitude of sexual greed which needs repeated genital stimulation. Stroke the woman?s sacred sector, inner, belly-side vagina from pubic bone to orifice. Help her focus her full attention on her genitals so she can accept them and learn how they feel. Many times there will be burning or areas that are numb. Hold your fingers on that spot and encourage her to emote and rescript self-limiting decisions she remembers when you stroke her. Then she will, with great pleasure, respond to your stroke. She ejaculates. Amrita springs from its urethral font.

Knee (left) Chakra

It is located behind each knee. Knee Chakra is a misleading term. Both these must be in harmony to work properly but often only one is dealt with by those not realizing there are actually two in there.

Main chakra contains a being in charge of monitoring the bodily functions and transmits the findings to the higher Self and All That Is. The knees are controlled by the kidneys.

The natural consciousness of the knees cover all aspects of fear, from being easily afraid of activities in life, to existential fear of life itself. This natural consciousness is what helps keep us alive. Fear of death and injury stops us from being self-destructive.

Willpower, another aspect of the knee, is an expression of the will to live and survive.

Brings in energy to maintain body joints. Joints are also chakra containers. Connects with every joint in the body. Contains the thought forms where you create your colours, and the form is solidified from the colours you choose. The dwelling place in our future lifetime where we are decorating with emotions, and it all flows together.

Knee (right) Chakra

The unhealthy expression of the Knee Chakras give rise to chronic fear of life situations and fear of death. There may also be an excess or deficient expression of willpower. Arthritis in the knee is the body?s way to provide strength, support. This can compensate for what one may not hold in consciousness. Outwards and well known expressions regarding willpower and the knee chakra:

Bend one?s knees (will) to a higher power, queen, or church, and when asking to marry.

Lock knees (will) when trying to stand strong, defiant. This is often seen in children or with an adversary. If you see this in someone and want to shift the energy, ask them to sit.

This is the point where the astral cord is attached or anchored.

Lower Heart Chakra

This Lower Heart Chakra is the first place where the energy completes itself. The Lower Heart Chakra is most activated in women and has to do with nurturing. The female breast is a source of sustenance for a baby, comfort for all, and a sexual attractant for a man. The Lower Heart Chakra governs the way we move forward.

Pink is connected to the Lower Heart Chakra - it is a colour that symbolises emotional healing & emotional balance. Uses multifaceted talents in a focused way; applies discipline to achieve independence. When anyone is observed in unconditional love, they are held within a space of compassion that exists within the beholder’s heart.

It is the sounding together of both upper and lower hearts that literally opens a gateway into a new dimension of consciousness. This portal has been described in literature as ?unconditional love?, ?infinite compassion?, or can be personified by Bodhisattva. It is pleasure, the enjoyment of life, and the expression of life in enjoyable fashions.

Manipura Chakra

Also known as the Solar Plexus or Naval Chakra, this deals with the digestive system, liver, gall bladder, spleen pancreas and adrenals. You may be in need of relief from depression or poor memory. This card will help increase awareness, perception and understanding. Also stimulates the appetite.

Only the Root, Solar Plexus and Crown Chakra are able to access and receive energies from the Higher Self. Any other chakra can receive these energies only after they have been filtered through one of these three chakras.

This card will act against: acne, asthma, constipation, diabetes, diarrhea, digestive problems, eczema, fever, flatulence, hay fever, heartburn, haemorrhoids, hysteria, impotence, indigestion, insanity, liver problems, leprosy, loss of appetite, low blood sugar, lung ailments, nervous exhaustion, obesity, paralysis, piles, pimples, scabies, skin diseases, stomach problems, tuberculosis, urine stoppage, hair problems, & digestive tract disorders.

Tune your Solar Plexus Chakra by looking at the card whilst humming or singing or listening to the musical notes ?D? and ?E? This is related to your energy, assimilation and digestion, and is said to correspond to the roles played by the pancreas and the outer adrenal glands, the adrenal cortex. Can be used to help heal infections and to counteract the effects of poison.

Plus, never lose a chance to get more with kundalini yoga poses.

Ajna Chakra

Third Eye Chakra - centre of forehead - connects us to our unconscious Self, and gives us the experience of being part of the whole Universe. This card strengthens intuition, imagination, psychic powers, and increases dream activity, increases stability and rational thought and actions; decreases blood pressure and impulsiveness. Increases psychic ability and spirituality; decreases aggression and insomnia.

Areas of control are: pituitary, pineal glands, spinal cord, eyes, ears and sinuses - particularly beneficial in treating cataracts, glaucoma and various eye problems. Works on: purification of the blood and of the mind, ear and nose complaints, diseases of the lungs, asthma, infantile convulsions and mental complaints. Balances the mind, removes stress and tension, helps stop endless inner dialogues and fights with all kinds of obsessions.

Anahatha Chakra

Heart Chakra - centre of chest - expression of spiritual feelings. Strengthens finance, luck and energy; reduces claustrophobia, indecisiveness and anxiety. Works for the heart, lungs, diaphragm, breasts, circulation, breath - stimulates pituitary gland, encourages muscle and tissue building, and breaks up hardened cell masses and clots. It is anti-congestive, germicidal, disinfectant and purifying. Use this card for faithfulness, acceptance, hope, harmony, balance and generosity.

Earth Star Chakra

150 to 300 millimetres below the soles of the feet and locks your energies into a harmonious relationship with the planet and anchors the body into the time and space coordinates of the planet. The Earth Star is made of four major quadrants ? earth, air, fire and water. Each element supplies elemental energy up into the body?s chakra system and aligns all of your major chakras. Secures the aura in the physical dimension and keep you grounded.

Your Earth Star goes out of alignment due to some great trauma or shock; usually issues like: death, divorce, desertion, moving house, etc will affect your energy system.

Elbow (left) Chakra

These lay down the tracks that you drive on, and store them when not in use. These chakras, on either side of the elbows, are similar in purpose to the Knee Chakras. In fact, the prayer state-bent knees, palms together (bent elbows), and lowered head-opens the devotional chakra and allows great openness to higher, more spiritual realms. The body joins in the prayer with its energy, enhancing the spiritual connection.

Blocked elbow chakras lead to great self-centeredness. The colours for this are yellow gold in colour. Complimenting crystal is rose quartz. This chakra governs and is the zone of feelings toward home and family issues. Chakras, one in each elbow, are connected to the second and third chakras. Elbow chakras are located on the inside point of the elbow; their task is to accept and limit our relations. Disturbances in these chakras show as an inability to say ?yes? or ?no?. The left elbow chakra controls our emotional perseverance and the right our intellectual perseverance. When someone has problems lifting at the elbow it means they have problem in lifting things in other areas of consciousness also.
